Terms of Use

Effective as of July 11, 2026 · applies to the Antena Play app for phone, tablet and Smart TV (Android, LG webOS and Samsung Tizen) and to this website.

One-sentence summary: Antena Play is a media player — it does not provide, host or index IPTV playlists; the legality of any playlist you add is solely your responsibility, and the free catalog gathers content from legal sources only.

1.Who we are and acceptance

Antena Play is a product of B.B.C Suporte e Consultoria em Tecnologia Ltda (Brazilian company registration CNPJ 34.552.085/0001-32), operated under the MyProjects brand ("we"/"us"). By installing or using the app, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2.What Antena Play is — and what it is not

Antena Play is a media player tool for your television, in the same spirit as players like VLC. The app:

Does not provide, sell, host, index or recommend IPTV playlists, servers or third-party content providers;
Does not ship with any built-in trial playlist or credentials;
Only plays the content that you choose to point it to, or the content of the free catalog we curate from legal sources.

3."My playlist" mode (content you bring)

By entering the credentials of an Xtream provider or the URL of an M3U playlist, you represent and warrant that:

You hold the subscription or have legitimate authorization to access that content;
You will not use the app to access, retransmit or distribute content in an unauthorized manner, in violation of copyright, related rights or any applicable law;
You assume sole responsibility for the origin and legality of the playlist you add.

We have no relationship whatsoever with your playlist provider, we never receive your credentials on our servers (see the Privacy Policy) and we have no way to verify, control or take responsibility for the content it makes available.

4.Free catalog

The "Explore for free" mode offers a catalog curated by us, composed exclusively of: works in the public domain, productions under open licenses (such as Creative Commons) and public broadcasts retransmitted with an explicit legal basis, authorization or license. We give due credit to the sources and preserve their watermarks where applicable. The catalog is served remotely and may be changed, expanded or removed at any time, including to honor a request from a rights holder.

5.Paid features and subscriptions

Paid features, when offered, unlock app functionality only (for example, personalization and advanced playback features) — never third-party content. The subscription is tied to your account and can be managed or canceled by you at any time. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment that grants access to Antena Play Pro for as long as the service remains in operation, with no recurring fees; it is not a promise of perpetual availability or uninterrupted operation of the service. Price, billing and refund conditions will be presented at the time of purchase and will comply with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, nor to: violate third-party rights; circumvent geographic blocks or protection measures; record, redistribute or resell third-party streams; or reverse engineer the app outside the cases permitted by law. Non-compliance may lead to suspension or termination of access.

7.Intellectual property

The "Antena Play" brand, the "MyProjects" brand, the logo, the interface and the app's code are owned by us and protected by law. The content of the free catalog belongs to its respective owners and is made available under the indicated licenses. These Terms do not transfer to you any rights over such brands or content.

8.Copyright notice and takedown

We respect intellectual property rights and maintain a notice-and-takedown policy. If you are a rights holder (or their representative) and believe that content in the free catalog infringes your rights, send a notice to [email protected] containing:

Your identification and proof of ownership (or of representation of the owner);
The precise identification of the content and where it appears in the app;
A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a means of contact.

Free-catalog content subject to a valid notice is removed or blocked within 24 hours. For content accessed through user-provided playlists ("My playlist" mode), there is nothing for us to remove — we neither host nor control that content; in that case, the request must be directed to the provider responsible for the playlist. Under the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), we act in good faith to honor legitimate notices.

9.Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of compatibility with every provider, playlist or device. We are not responsible for the unavailability, quality or legality of third-party content accessed through user-provided playlists. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that the law does not allow to be waived, especially those arising from the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

10.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the app or in legislation. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its effective date updated. Continued use after a change means agreement with the new version.

11.Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. For disputes arising from a consumer relationship, the courts of the user's place of residence are chosen as venue, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
