In one sentence: Antena Play works with no sign-up and sells no data — your IPTV credentials stay on your device only, and so do your favorites and progress, unless you turn on sync across devices (an optional Pro feature), which sends them encrypted in a way that not even we can read. If you create an account to subscribe to Pro, then we do store your e-mail and the list of devices you activated.
1. Data we do NOT collect
- We never ask for your name, national ID, phone number, address or any document — not even with an account.
- We use no analytics tools, no advertising identifiers and no usage tracking.
- We have no access to your IPTV credentials — they never pass through our servers.
- We never receive or store your card details: payment is processed by the store or the payment provider.
2. Using the app without an account
You can use the whole app without creating an account: your list, the free catalog, search and favorites all work without anything being sent to us. To work, the app stores on your own device (the app's private storage):
- Your Xtream list credentials or your M3U list URL, stored encrypted, to reconnect automatically;
- Your favorites, playback progress ("continue watching") and preferences;
- Your TMDB API key, if you choose to set one;
- A cache of your lists, to open faster.
None of this is sent to us — the only exception is sync across devices, which only exists with an account and only if you turn it on (section 3). This data is erased when you sign out of the list in the app or uninstall it; the sync copy, if any, stays in the account until you delete it.
3. Antena Play account (optional)
The account exists for one reason only: to make the Antena Play Pro subscription work across all your devices. It is created only if you want it — with no account, nothing in this section applies to you. When you create an account, we process:
- Your e-mail: it is how you sign in (we send an access link — there is no password) and how your subscription is identified.
- Your devices: an identifier for each activated device, the name you give it, the model and the last access date — this is what lets you see and disconnect your screens. The device identifier provided by the system (Android, Samsung Tizen or LG webOS) is stored as an irreversible code (hash): it serves to recognise the same device, and cannot be turned back into the original identifier. On iPhone there is no system identifier: the app creates its own at installation, used only to recognise the device.
- Your subscription: plan, status, expiry date and the purchase identifier from the store or payment provider.
- Technical session records: the IP address and browser/device used to sign in, for the security of your account.
- Free-trial record: when you get the 7-day trial, we store an irreversible code (hash) of your e-mail and of the device identifier, plus the date — only to answer "has this person/this device already used the trial?". We do not store the e-mail or the identifier themselves, and this record is not used for any other purpose.
- Help messages and suggestions: what you write in the Help tab of your account (ticket or suggestion), with the category and the date. For a ticket, we also keep a summary of your plan and devices at that moment, so we can answer without asking again. The reply goes by email, to your account address.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 7, V of the Brazilian LGPD) — without this data there is no way to deliver the subscription you bought. We keep it for as long as your account exists; to erase it, see section 7. The only exception is the free-trial record, which relies on the legitimate interest of fraud prevention (art. 7, IX) and remains even after the account is deleted — see section 7.
Sync across devices (optional)
A feature of Antena Play Pro that comes turned off and is turned on in each device, in the app's Settings. When it is on, the device sends, for each list you use:
- Your favorites, playback progress ("continue watching"), watched items and the arrangement of the live categories (the hidden ones and their order).
- Everything is encrypted on your device before it leaves, with a key that only devices that have the same list can generate. We store an envelope we cannot open, a code that does not reveal which list it is, the envelope's size and date, and a random value of your account that goes into the key — we do not know which provider, channel or content is in there.
- The list credentials are never sent: each device keeps adding the list on its own. Signing in on a new device does not bring the list; only after you add it there does the rest come together.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 7, V) — it is a subscription feature that only works if you turn it on. We keep it until you delete it: in the app, "Delete this list's copy" deletes one list's copy on every device; at antenaplay.app/conta, "Delete sync" deletes everything; and deleting the account deletes it too. Turning sync off on a device only stops syncing on that device — the copy keeps serving the others.
4. Connections the app makes
- Your playlist's server: the app connects directly to the server YOU entered. Your credentials travel only between your device and that server.
- Free catalog: the app downloads the catalog from hub.antenaplay.app (Cloudflare). Standard technical infrastructure records (such as IP address, for delivery and security) may be processed by Cloudflare; we do not use them to identify users.
- Free-catalog content: videos and images are served by their original sources (e.g. Internet Archive, public broadcasters, image.tmdb.org).
- Live channels via YouTube: some channels play through YouTube's official embedded player — at those moments, Google's Privacy Policy and YouTube's terms apply.
- TMDB (optional): if you set your own key, the app queries the TMDB API for synopses and artwork.
- Our servers (only with an account): if you sign in, the app talks to api.antenaplay.app to validate your subscription — and, if you turn on sync across devices, to store and fetch the encrypted envelopes described in section 3. With no account, the app never calls that address.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share the minimum necessary with those who operate the service: Google Play, the App Store (Apple) or Asaas, to process your payment (and, with Asaas, issue the invoice), and Cloudflare (with Brevo as a fallback), to deliver the account e-mails (the access e-mail and the support ones). Nothing beyond that.
6. Children
We collect no data from children. The app offers a parental PIN and a kids mode. Content accessed through IPTV lists is the sole responsibility of whoever adds them.
7. Your rights (LGPD)
Under Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data. Without an account there is nothing to request: everything is resolved on the device (sign out of the list or uninstall the app). With an account, you can see and disconnect your devices at antenaplay.app/conta, delete the sync-across-devices copy there and, on the same page, delete the account yourself: access and billing end immediately and the data is erased 30 days later — that wait exists so you can change your mind. Only invoices already issued remain, as required by tax law (art. 16, I), together with the free-trial record described in section 3 — irreversible codes, without your e-mail or the device identifier, kept so that the 7-day trial cannot be obtained again by deleting and recreating the account (art. 7, IX). Step by step at antenaplay.app/excluir-conta. If you prefer, write to [email protected] — we answer within 15 days.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Last change: on 17 October 2026, we began describing sync across devices (section 3), an optional Pro feature: what it sends is encrypted on the device, in a way we cannot read, and the list credentials still never leave it. Before that, on 16 October 2026, we began describing the help messages and suggestions you can send from your account (section 3), new data that is only processed if you write to us. Before that, on 28 September 2026, the iPhone app came into the scope of this policy, and the App Store (Apple) was added among those who process payments — no new data began to be processed. Before that, on 3 September 2026, the Roku app came into the scope of this policy — no new data began to be processed; what changed is that the text now says it is covered too. Before that, on 22 July 2026, with the arrival of the 7-day free trial, we began describing the record that prevents the same trial from being obtained twice — and stating that the device identifier is stored as an irreversible code. Before that, on 16 July 2026, the arrival of accounts and subscriptions brought the handling of your e-mail and linked devices. Using the app without an account still involves no collection at all.
