How to install Antena Play

Pick your device. Downloading is free on all of them, and the free catalogue opens with no sign-up.

Android TV and Google TV

TV, box or stick with Google Play

Available
  1. On the TV home screen, open the Google Play Store.
  2. Go to Search and type Antena Play, or say the name into the remote's microphone.
  3. Open the result by MyProjects Studio and choose Install.

The app shows up in your apps row as soon as it finishes installing. If your TV has Google Play, this is the way, and there's no file to download.

Android phone and tablet

  2. Tap Install.

Roku

Stick, Express and Roku TV

Available
  1. Press Home on the remote and open the Store.
  2. Choose Search and type antena. The app shows up in the Apps row; look for our logo, since the search brings up other similar names.
  3. Open it and confirm with Add app. It lands in your app list.

The channel is published for the Brazil region: it shows up in the search on devices with a Brazilian Roku account.

LG (webOS)

LG Content Store

Available
  1. On the TV's home screen, open the LG Content Store (on newer TVs it's called Apps).
  2. Use search and type Antena Play.
  3. Open the result and choose Install.

The app is in the store for LG TVs running webOS 6.0 or later, meaning 2021 models and newer. On LG TVs from 2018 to 2020 it doesn't show up in search yet.

Android without the Play Store

Box, stick or TV that has no Google store

Available
  1. Install Downloader by AFTVnews from your device's store and open it.
  2. In the address field, type the code 1097246
  3. Confirm the download and choose Install.

Rather type the address? Use antenaplay.app/apk, which leads to the same file. The first time, the device asks you to allow installs from Downloader. It's a system permission, and it applies to Downloader only.

Desktop browser

Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari

Available
  1. On your computer, open play.antenaplay.com.br.
  2. Sign in with your list or explore the free catalog. There's nothing to install.

The address starts with http:// on purpose: that's what lets lists that use http:// play in the browser.

Samsung (Tizen)
